ENGAGEMENT RULES
CRI Group operates with integrity and a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of corruption.
All CRI Group personnel, whether employees, independent consultants, managers or directors, in all CRI Group entities and branches, as well as suppliers, agents or other parties acting on behalf of CRI Group, and wherever CRI Group operates, comply with all laws, rules and regulations governing anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws in each country.
ETHICAL & LAWFUL CONDUCT
CRI Group insists on ethical and lawful conduct in all its business relationships. In order to ensure that it conducts its business in an ethical and lawful manner, CRI Group maintains an anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy.
CRI Group expects that all agents, intermediaries, contractors and any other person providing services for any part of CRI Group will conduct their activities in an ethical and lawful manner. Failure to comply with this obligation will prevent CRI Group from entering into the business relationship or result in its termination.
PROHIBITION OF BRIBERY
No one will make, accept or facilitate any payment, gift or other benefit, whether pecuniary or non-pecuniary, to any person, directly or through any other person.
PROHIBITION OF BRIBERY IN DISGUISE
CRI Group prohibits any conduct that may influence the business conduct or administrative decisions of others in an inappropriate manner, through improper hospitality, gifts, donations, or any other benefits to anyone, in cash or in any other form.
PROHIBITION OF FACILITATION PAYMENTS
CRI Group prohibits any payment intended to materialise or accelerate an administrative process in any way whatsoever in an unofficial manner. If such payments are offered to you, you must promptly refuse them and notify CRI Group.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAW
CRI Group prohibits any conduct that violates any law or regulation applicable to the activities of our clients/partners or CRI Group.
