ENGAGEMENT RULES

CRI Group conducts its business with integrity and has a zero tolerance approach to all forms of corruption.

All CRI Group personnel, whether employees, self-employed consultants, managers or directors, in all entities and branch offices of the CRI Group, as well as suppliers, agents or other parties who act for CRI Group, and in all places where CRI Group operates, comply with all laws, rules and regulations governing the applied anti-bribery and anti-corruption law in each country.

ETHICAL & LAWFUL CONDUCT

The CRI Group insists on ethical and lawful conduct in all of its business relationships. To ensure it conducts business in an ethical and lawful manner CRI Group maintains an Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

CRI Group expects all agents, intermediaries, contractors and anyone else who performs services for any part of the CRI Group to conduct their business in an ethical and lawful manner. Failure to do so will prevent CRI Group from entering, or lead to terminate, the business relationship.

PROHIBITION OF BRIBERY

None will make, accept or facilitate any improper monetary or non-monetary payment, gift or other bene?t to or from any person, either directly or through any other person.

PROHIBITION OF BRIBERY IN DISGUISE

CRI prohibits any conduct that may influence the business conduct or administrative decisions of others in an inappropriate manner, through inappropriate hospitality, gifts, donations, or any other bene?ts to anyone, in cash or any other form.

PROHIBITION OF FACILITATION PAYMENTS

CRI prohibits payments to make any administrative process happen or speed it up in any unof?cial way. Should you are proposed for any such payments you must promptly refuse and notify CRI Group.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAW

CRI prohibits any conduct that would violate any law or regulation applicable to our customers’/partners’ or CRI Group’s operations.
